Be Strong, Be Fearless, Never Give Up on Yourself, Don’t live in regret!

Never give up on yourself. Whatever your problems you must show the determination to go for your dreams and become your best self.
When facing challenging circumstances, why do some people weaken and spiral towards self-destruction while others survive and even thrive?
Those that focus on their problems, obstacles, and uncontrollable circumstances, by focusing on the things they don’t want in life, are giving these circumstances the power to keep them down.
Alternatively when we see our obstacles as lessons to help us to better understand our situation, to adapt and alter those things we are doing, then we are able to turn things around.
You need a ‘Can, Will and Must’ attitude to help you crash through barriers with courage and determination. With this attitude you can do anything.
The importance of this has come clearer to me over the last few months following my frequent visits to hospitals and the almost constant consultations I’ve had with various doctors. Being sick and tired of being sick and tired I’m now absolutely committed to moving from illness to wellness.
A quote I love is:
“What you believe, you can achieve!”
I believe the 4 core parts of this ‘Can, Will and Must’ are
1. To be strong
2. To be fearless
3. To Never Give Up
4. Don’t live in regret
Let me explain:
Be Strong
Strong is defined as:
• having great physical power and ability : having a lot of strength
• not easy to break or damage
• not sick or injured
Being strong does not mean ignoring the truth of your situation – it means accepting it, learning from it, and dealing with it head on. A person who is strong will be persistent, determined and decisive, they won’t give up easily.
So be Strong. Be Determined and Persistent. Be Unstoppable
The will to conquer, should always be strong enough for you to keep your head above water all along the way. Hermann J Steinherr
Be Fearless
Fearless is defined as:
• without fear; bold or brave; intrepid
Fearless helps you build confidence, overcome anxiety, and achieve personal goals. We all have fears things that can stop us, make us afraid, throw us off track. The problem is that most people hang on to their fears, and are therefore unable to move forward in their lives. As 85% of what we worry about never happens why would you allow these things to keep stopping you in your tracks. Have no doubts, to this point in life your fears will have limited you in so many ways that you probably aren’t even aware of.
Ask yourself what’s the worst that can happen if I do this? Then just do it!
Fear takes away the best part of you and push you away from your real self. To be fearless is to be Yourself. Terry Mark
Never Give Up
It begins with believing and seeing yourself as somebody who is not ready to give up no matter how far down you may find yourself. Failure is inevitable. We can’t avoid mistakes and failures, but we can cope with them, learn from them and then succeed.Sometimes it seems easier to give up than it does to keep trying. Yet for me, somebody very driven by my dreams, I believe we have to withstand the pressure and persevere simply holding on strongly to a never, never give up attitude. The only definite, is that if you do give up on your dreams, you won’t ever know the bliss that comes with achieving them. You may get knock backs, that’s just life. Get up and get moving again. There’s always hope and promise of what’s to come.
From now on see your challenges and obstacles as temporary and as valuable learning experiences and never consider quitting.
When the world says, “Give up,” Hope whispers, “Try it one more time.” Author Unknown
As many of you know, the last 18 months have been a very challenging for me and with everything that’s happened I’ve really had to dig deep and find my inner power by following the ‘Can, Will and Must’ never give up philosophy. It has made all the difference to me.
Don’t live in Regret
The final piece of this attitude is the fuel that drives me every day. When I am older reflecting back on my life, I don’t want to be wishing I had done anything different, opportunities I wanted to take but did not, great ideas I didn’t act upon, or big dreams I let go unfulfilled.
“You’ll seldom experience regret for anything that you’ve done. It is what you haven’t done that will torment you.” Wayne Dyer.
So please remember these words:
Be Strong, Be Fearless, Never Give Up on Yourself, Don’t live in regret! Larry Lewis.

GOD VS. FORNICATORS @SEX + NO MARRIAGE #fornication #fornicating #fornicated

IT'S TIME FOR US TO LEARN THE SEX LAWS OF GOD ALMIGHTY.  Is God going to forgive those who refuse his laws and rules about sexuality? Or will He punish them?  God already told us (read below). And we thank GOD that there is forgiveness of sins and mistakes available to us, before it's too late.... "Fornication" is defined as "voluntary sexual intercourse between two unmarried persons or two persons not married to each other." "fornicari, ‘to commit fornication,’ from which is derived fornicatio, ‘whoredom, fornication.’" How does God Almighty define a marriage? Jesus Christ teaches: " Have ye not read, that he  [GOD ALMIGHTY]  which made them at the beginning   made them  male  and  female , And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother ,  and shall  cleave  to his  wife : and  they twain shall be  one   flesh ? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore  ...

8 Mindset Shifts To Help You Tap Into A Sense Of Purpose Any Time, Anywhere.

Jim Collins wrote, "It is impossible to have a great life unless it is a meaningful life. And it is very difficult to have a meaningful life without meaningful work." If you’re in the doldrums, craving more meaning in your work life, these mindset shifts will get you on the path to a greater sense of purpose: 1 . Focus on your values. When your main focus is on all the ways your job is lacking, you can lose sight of the many ways that your job may actually be fulfilling. To get more in touch with the ways your job is meaningful, take some time to consider your   core values . To do this, simply write down your top five values, then reflect on how your job aligns with them. For example, if being of service is important to you, consider the ways your job allows you to serve others. If you discover that there’s too much of a disconnect, it might be time to move on.  2. Take small steps. Although it sounds. romantic to abandon everything, move to Bali, and write your...

Take no OFFENCE in little things.

Question: "How can I learn not to take offense at little things?" Answer: Trying to not take offense is like trying to not think about elephants. If someone says, “Don’t think about elephants,” we automatically think about them. If we focus on trying not to take offense, we will keep thinking about the offense. This principle applies to just about any sin a person can commit. When we focus on a behavior, even in an attempt to eliminate it, the result is more of that behavior. This is just how our minds work. Thankfully, there is another, better way to address this problem. People are lured and enticed into sin as a result of desire—wanting is the beginning of sinning (James 1:14). Every sin or bad behavior begins with desire. Desire itself is not bad; there are many good desires. But the desires that lead to sin are wrong desires, the desires based in false perspectives and misplaced expectations about others and ourselves. To eliminate a bad behavior, we must first dis...
